1. Introduction These Terms govern your use of skyexpedition.us and our booking services. Sky Expedition LLC is an independent travel agent — we facilitate bookings with third-party suppliers (airlines, hotels, etc.) but are not the provider. Suppliers’ terms apply to the actual service.
2. Eligibility You must be 18+ and provide accurate information.
3. Bookings
- All bookings are subject to supplier availability/confirmation.
- Prices/taxes/fees may change until paid/confirmed.
- You accept supplier rules (e.g., baggage, cancellation).
- We charge service fees (non-refundable unless stated).
4. Payments Payments via secure gateways. You authorize charges. We act as agent — payments go to suppliers (less our fees).
5. Refunds & Cancellations
- Most bookings (especially flights) are non-refundable or have strict rules per supplier.
- Cancellation/Change Policy:
- Cancellations/changes must be requested in writing to info@skyexpedition.us.
- Refunds depend entirely on supplier policy (e.g., airline fare rules). We assist but cannot guarantee refunds.
- Our service fees are non-refundable.
- Refunds (if approved by supplier) processed within 7-30 days after receipt, minus fees/taxes. Some taxes/fees non-refundable.
- No refunds for no-shows, partially used services, or changes due to weather/delays/force majeure (strikes, pandemics, etc.).
- Chargebacks: You agree not to dispute charges except for fraud; violations may result in collection actions.
Review supplier terms before booking — no refunds if you cancel after confirmation unless supplier allows.
6. Limitation of Liability We are not liable for supplier failures, travel issues, losses, injuries, or indirect damages. Maximum liability limited to our service fees paid.
7. Indemnity You indemnify us against claims from your bookings/use.
8. Governing Law California law applies. Disputes in California courts.
9. Changes We may update Terms; continued use = acceptance.
10. California Seller of Travel Disclosure Sky Expedition LLC is based in California and offers air transportation and travel services. Under California law, sellers of travel are generally required to register with the California Attorney General’s Office if they sell, arrange, or facilitate air or sea travel.
We are currently in the process of registering as a Seller of Travel and do not yet hold a California Seller of Travel registration number (CST#). We are working toward full compliance, including participation in the Travel Consumer Restitution Fund (if required) and obtaining necessary protections for customers (such as a trust account or bond).
Important Notice: California law requires certain sellers of travel to have a trust account or bond to protect passenger funds. This business does not currently have a trust account or bond in place under the Seller of Travel Act.
